BIRD CONTROL

Bird droppings, being very acidic, can eat away at many substrates, especially tar-based roofing materials, eventually causing leaks. The uric acid in the feces will also corrode stone, metal and masonry and do great damage to siding, insulation, air conditioning equipment. 

• Bird’s nest in the soffits of your house, an attics, dryer vents, underneath your house, chimneys and around storage areas and sheds.

• Bird droppings can contribute to the following diseases: Histoplasmosis, Cryptococcus, Toxoplamosis, Pigeon Ornithosis, Encephalitis, Salmonellas, Chlamydiosis, Coccidiosis, Eryspeliod, Newcastle’s, Parathypoid, Pullorum, Transmissable Gastroenteritis, Tuberculosis, Vibrosis, Yersinosis, Acariasis, Schistosomiasis, Taeniasis and Trichomoniasis.

• Birds nesting in an attic can become a fire hazard due to the type of material they gather for their bird nests. This debris is highly flammable and can become a greater danger when the fire risk is higher during dryer months.
